1. Who operates this site
thirdwayalignment.com is a personal website operated by John McClain. It is not operated by a company or organization of any kind, and there is no staff. This policy is written by the person it obligates.
2. What this site collects: nothing
The site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics. It does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, or any other third-party tracking or analytics service. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms, no newsletters, and no advertising. The site does not collect, store, or process personal data about its visitors.
As with any website, the infrastructure that hosts and serves these pages may generate routine technical logs in the course of operating. The author does not use any such logs to identify, track, or profile visitors.
3. The JULIA Test
The JULIA Test is scored entirely in your browser. Your answers are never transmitted to the author or to anyone else, and they are never stored. When you leave the page, they are gone. No one, including the author, can see your responses or your results.
4. Email
The only data the author receives is what a visitor chooses to send by email. Correspondence is used solely to read and respond to your message. It is not added to any mailing list, and it is never sold, traded, or shared with anyone, except where disclosure is required by law. You may ask at any time for your correspondence to be deleted, and it will be.
5. Your rights
Privacy laws in various jurisdictions grant rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because this site collects no personal data, there is ordinarily nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have emailed the author, the correspondence itself is the only record that exists, and a deletion request by email will be honored.
6. Children
The site does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children. If a child has emailed the author and a parent or guardian would like that correspondence deleted, a request by email is sufficient.
7. Changes to this policy
If the way this site works ever changes in a manner that affects privacy, this policy will be updated and posted on this page with a revised effective date before the change takes effect.
